Phone stand project: supplier quote pack

Schools and colleges: our Education Sales team prepares quotes for schools across north Wales. Email Nia Hughes, Education Sales Adviser, at ysgolion@prenaplastig.example. To get an accurate quote first time, please tell us: your school name and delivery address; each material and its thickness; the size of each piece in mm and how many you need; the date you need delivery by; and your order reference. We reply within 2 working days with a written quote showing VAT and delivery separately. We can cut pieces to size for a small charge.

• Draft the email as if from your school account, to the right person at Pren a Plastig. Cc me (c.pugh@ysgolcwmarian.example) and nobody else. I will send the best draft.
• Ask for a quote, not an order. I will place the order. Ask for the pieces cut to size, with VAT and delivery shown separately.
• Delivery by Friday 13 November 2026, between 8.30am and 3pm, to: Design Technology department, Ysgol Cwm Arian, Ffordd yr Afon, Bethesda, Gwynedd LL57 9ZZ.
• Our order reference is DT-Y9-2611. Put it in the subject line.
• Our budget is £150 including VAT and delivery. That is for us: you do not need to tell the supplier.
• The acrylic must be 3 mm, because the laser cutter is set up for 3 mm. Any bright colour is fine if green is out of stock.
• Never give your home address, your mobile number or anyone else’s details. Use the school phone number, 01632 960250.

Hey Nia!! So basically Mrs Pugh said we have to get a quote for the phone stand project and she said to email you so I am doing that now and we need some pine and also some acrylic in green and white and the sizes are 150 by 90 and 90 by 60 and 120 by 100 I think and we need loads. PLEASE SEND IT TO MY HOUSE AT 14 MAES Y DRE BECAUSE I AM IN ON FRIDAY. URGENT!!!!

Dear Mrs Pugh and Year 9,

Thank you for your clear request. We can supply all the pine, cut to size. Unfortunately, 3 mm fluorescent green cast acrylic is out of stock until January. We can offer instead:

1. 3 mm cast acrylic in fluorescent orange, in stock, at the same price; or
2. 5 mm cast acrylic in fluorescent green, in stock, at £0.60 more per piece, plus VAT.

Our attached quote, Q4471, uses option 1: total £126.00 including VAT and delivery. Please reply by Friday 30 October to tell us which option you would like, and we will hold the stock for delivery on Thursday 12 November.
